Technical Powerflow exhaust

I've decided to get a powerflow exhaust with 4 1/2 inch slash tip but i don't know whether to get just a back box or from the cat back? what do u all think? will there be a big difference in sound, price and power gains??

I got a cat back and lost about one metre of looped back exhaust in the process. Sounds great. Mine was a twin 4" oval with the biggest back box they had and no centre box.
Shouldnt be much difference between back box and cat back in either cost or performance. It may modify sound though.
