Technical Power Steering pump

I have the only Barchetta in South Africa. My power steering pump is very noisy. Importing one from Europe would be extremely costly so I want to seek a used one in South Africa. Is this pump shared with other Fiat models please? It would greatly assist if I could find the part number.
