Wow! Clean looking mk2!
Welcome to the forum by the way
What plans do you have for your Uno? My 45S is going to cost many times more than what I paid for when I finish it's makeover, but it did only cost £46
I keep it pretty clean during the summer. Luckily in Malta the weather helpt ot keep it clean during summer months too! (Unlike the past two months when I could barely see through the rear window

), but thankfully we've got our sun back again this week and my uno is clean again!
I don't have any major plans, small things really, but things which finally amount to quite a bit. Being a full time student doesn't help financially either

.
I've just bought a 2nd hand heater/blower as the one it came with doesn't work. It only allows cold air through, even though there is heat in the hoses, no heat reaches the inside whilst I'm driving.
I've also got to replace the front seats. Being a 2 door the seats have a lever on the side to pull them up and then forward and both are busted ... found good original seats rather cheap, but I'll have to get the upholstery changed to match the back seat ... or maybe I'll just change the upholstery of all 3 seats. I prefer to stick to the original upholstery though and then invest in some nice seat covers to hide the hideous pattern

.
I would also love to get a rear wiper installed, but I don't know if that requires getting the rear window changed, in which case my uno stays as is.
Also need to get some minor rust spots removed form the passenger door, and then obviously resprayed... no idea how I'm gonna afford to get that done ... but sill it needs doing before it gets worse.
Would also like to get some nice alloys later on and a centre console, which my uno came without (found a new imitation console quite cheap so I might get that done soon).
Other than that I've already had a steering rack changed, 4 new tyres, a major service (previous owner didn't seem to bother much once the warranty ended). A month ago I also had the radiator changed and the alternator bearings replaced ... and now I think its also time for a new battery or alternator as it took me 10 mins to get the car started a few days ago

.
I'm currently stripping the original wheels from their paint and respraying ... to get them lookign nice and fresh again.
So far that's all I've got planned, and with my current financial situation its gonna take a year or two to get everything done! But...I'm actually looking forward to it
