I don't remember coming across this before in any of my previous cars. These two symbols glow for a short time after I turn off the ignition (the camera makes them look brighter than they are).
Is this indication of a short somewhere? or is simply light leak from the MFD? If the latter, then wouldn't they glow whenever the engine is running? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have heard of an issue with instrument panels on Ducato's doing something like that.
It may be worth talking to a specialist repairer to see if relevant or not.
Apart from that I assume you know the history of this vehicle and nothing has been done to the airbag and seat occupancy side as those symbols relate to that.

OBD port has stopped working. I thought when I replaced the 2 blown fuses behind the glovebox that would have fixed it but hasn't. I actually can't remember if it was working when I got the car. I'll have to assume it wasn't. The good thing is I now don't need to do a Proxi Alignment as it was just a blown fuse stopped the radio and air con working.

That's good , but what about the airbag lights glowing after ignition off?
