right car has just been serviced, n ive got a couple of advisories...

- headlight allignment (can i change this myself, the garage said it was difficult to do)

- knocking from the back (i thought it was the bushes, but the garage reckon they are ok... could this be to do with a rear end shunt a while ago?)

- ive broken the driver seat runner so it moves under braking etc (is this easily fixable, or shud i just replace it)

cheers guys

You can't really do headlight alignment yourself.

If the knocking isn't bushes, it's likely to be the exhaust. Get under there and woggle everything like made. Bush wear is actually difficult to diagnose unless you disconnect the bottom rear shock mount.

It is possible to repair by welding, but just as easy to pick one up from a scrapper.
