Hi All, previous problem was resolved with a new turbo, not cheap however 3200 miles with no problems and was driving really well.

However we have a new fault, currently driving through France and having covered the 3200 it was a pleasure to drive, however when moving sites we had an open-circuit error message appear one morning, it turned out to be the wiring to the boost controller, which I have repaired and cleared the message.

It seemed to be Ok, but now I get a P0237-61 Turbo Pressure and we go into limp mode, that suggests Boost Pressure A Circuit low check the following:

Turbine Actuator or turbine faulty - Dismissed this as new unit fitted
Supercharging pressure sensor out of calibration ?
Atmospheric pressure sensor faulty

I have replaced the boost controller, but the fault is still present, it is better and seems to only trigger when requiring high boost for hills

I have attached data from MES from a run yesterday when we were trying to trigger it, I'm stuck where to go with it, so would welcome your thoughts

Thanks once again

Air leak on hoses or intercooler after the turbo?

Here are a couple of graphs
A couple of observations
the turbo actual boost generaly is higher than required
the turbo actuator generaly follows control position but not to required value
the air intake QTY generaly follows desired QTY but not to required value
The MAF and MAP sensors are working
