Technical plzz hell gasoline smell

when im outside my fiat punto mk2 8v with the ignition off i can smell raw gasoline,the smell comes from the rear wheel arches

Get it up in the air and look for fuel leaking or split hoses , especially filler hose

from previous knowledge their are no fuel stamps on the ground

It's right under the rear wheel arch. You hit a pot hole or something and clipped the fuel tank overflow hose. While car moves, gas gets out there with it like that, especially if tank level is high.
