Technical Pls,any idea?

Hello guys,it seems that my forth(the closesest to the battery) cilinder it not functionable.I`ve pulled out the plug wire of the spark plug and the engine didn`t show any modification.I have replaced the spark plug and checked the plug wire and everything seems to be ok.My oppinion is that the injector number 4 is not functioning.How can i check that?.Thanks.

My car is a fiat marea 1,6 16V 1997 gasoline.
