my 1.8 hlx is currently fitted with a 3omm springs and shocks kit. Im interested in buying the 50mm springs from NOVITEC but i'd like to know if i could fit the springs to the existing shocks or whether i should buy the total kit. Thanks

You only need shortened shocks if you are removing the bump stops.

Ignore anyone who says stuff about the shocks needing to work in the middle of their travel.
