Plates Vs. Points!

Thanks for your advice guys, bout license plates, from previous thread I posted.

Tis awfully tempting though (to put yellow on the front too, even though I'm half a mile from York Police HQ!!). Had forgotten altogether that front plates were white till I bought my broom yellow motor, when I vowed it was the first thing I would change.

Can't really afford more points though, after I got 3 for doing 58 in a 50 on the bloody motorway! (Upt my insurance by a good 150!) Havin said that, another 3 points might not make any diff now !? Suppose they might just fine me either way though. mmmm..might just settle this decision with a coin toss..

wont they give u a warning first with a warrent for u to take it to the MOT tester and make sure u change ur plate to white then take it back to the police garage to get it checked... and if ur caught again u car can be in bounded or even scrapped.... let u make the decion

Not always, usually its on the spot fine + points + take come back in a few days to show its been done.

I Know!! I Like the hatchback of a Bravo so much (as I do the front end) I could indeed put yellow on the front for it all to blend, but drive everywhere backwards! Bugger! I bet your guna tell me that's illegal too!!??

3 points shouldn't affect your insurance at all but 6 will significantly increase it.
