Knowing the pinout of the dash dock would enable producing “adapters” for other navigation systems. At least power (probably 5V but it may be 12V) and the antenna signal are available. Since there is 5V supply available at the dash (for the USB) it is probably also used for powering the navigation system. The antenna signal must be there in order to enable the TMC.
An adapter for TomTom or Garmin would be a best seller and would eliminate the hanging cable look from the dash and windscreen.
I suppose the pinout should be available with the Fiat navigation system (Blue and Me Map) documentation.
