Technical Pinout navi cable - rear view camera

hello, I hope someone can help me with the following. In my fiat 500x I replaced the multimedia interface, a VP2RFP for a jungsun multimedia system. Now the car comes standard with a rear view camera which I would like to connect to the jungsun module. To do this they use a separate s-video cable and separate 12v power cable.

(This is the original fiat cable that goes in the jungsun main. Red marked seem to have no function for jungsun)

I am now trying to figure out which pinout on the original wiring harness is used for the camera. I noticed on the cable that is paired with jungsun's module the brown/green and white/black don't seem to have any function on jungsun's main cable. Could this be the camera? And is the camera powered outside with 12v or do I have to power one of these cables and which one passes the video signal?
