I know you've fixed the problem but for future reference and to possibly help others with the same problematic hose fitting here's a company that can supply replacement 'Hose Collars', which is what they are called. On Fiats and Lancias, these Hose Collars are used to secure 7.5mm ID /13mm OD rubber fuel hose to the fuel rail without using clamps. Also check out the 2 little pics below the main image as they show how the collar grips the hose and the dimensions of the collar.

thanks for your feedback. So you are saying that this collar is keeping the hose in place like a clamp. But after dismounting and checking the function, i would say its more like a joint. The collar is marking the end of the hose which is "bumping" against. But there is no pressure coming from the collar, pressing the hose so that it is fixed in point. I replaced all the short fuel hoses of the injection system and in addition secured them with standard clamps.
