Technical Passenger door won't lock and unlocks the complete car

For a while now, the passenger door of my Fiat 500 (2010) no longer locks when I lock the car. It doesn't matter if I use the remote control or lock the car with the key on the driver's side. The tailgate and the driver's door do lock, but as soon as you open the passenger door, the entire car opens. In fact, you can't lock the car now because you can always open the car.

Is anyone familiar with this problem? And more importantly, how do you solve it?

Hi has either door handle been replaced or repaired or has either door car ever been removed?
If yes I suspect an issue with the door rods controlling the handle/locking.
If non of the above a door lock module/assembly issue?
A possible temporary fix, disconnect the wires to the lock in the faulty door, does it now loc? You will have to lock it manually
