Technical PAS fuse & Steering column removal

Hi chaps.

Where is the fuse for the PAS and what's the easiest method to get to the PAS motor.
I've noticed it's pointing upwards into the dash.
What order do I do things to drop the entire column?

I took my battery out last week and the PAS fuse was behind there.
As for the rest, somebody will know but I would stick my head underneath and see what looks like fixings and remove them
Whats it doing - check fan belt as the motor wont run if battery isnt being charged properly

It's the torque sensor. But I want to remove the column to modify it. Just wanted to know if it was a 'dash out' job?

I took a column out of a Sei in the scrappy without removing the dash. The ECU on the other hand required dash release.

the one behind the passenger side dash is the PAS ECU. You can follow the cables to the column
