Aftermarket ones can be fitted to every vehicle.

I assume that those offered as a factory option could be retrofitted, too.

What is the year of your doblo?

For the back, I'd install a reversing camera. It's much better than the parking sensors.

Here's the eLearn doc with wiring diagram and description of the factory parking sensors on the x263 doblo. According to the same eLearn doc, those ones:

So I assume it should be correct. They do not mention another doc on the facelifting model, so could be the same wiring.
