if people keep forgetting to ad the links to auction watch with a panda prefix, as well as here then this thread may disapear
We don't use Auction watch as we've this section.All Panda people on this forum who want to find out whats for sale on eBay AND OTHER PLACES etc Panda related come here.
We all know that, so it makes it easier. I never use Auction Watch TBH and I don't think many others in the Panda Classic section do. I know for a fact that certain members in this section only visit this section, so putting it in auction watch will be pointless and a waist of time.
:yeahthat: This thread works perfectly fine and causes no problems... if people were complaing no classic panda listings were being put in auction watch then fair enough, it causes no trouble so leave it be

Like has been said before, many panda owners only visit this sub-forum. this thread is easy for them, and all of us, i always thought AW was pointless and should have threads like this in all sections. anyway:Offtopic:
Well if it's in our eBay thread then they'll find the Panda section rather than get lost around the forum like I did when I first joined.
Auction watch is a faf, and as I've got Panda section as home page its easier to post here, and stops confusion between having two posts about the same thing and trying to talk about the same thing in two places.
Panda section is my home page as well...Im with the if it at broke section..
I appreciate alot of work has gone into the forum...its just such a faf to go all over the place...
I like other Fiats...but...im not that interested in reading about the latest Fiat...if i want to know something i will go looking.
Alot has been said before about sections like LL and if it floats your boat great!!...The thing is its very true that we are an odd bunch and many on the classic panda section do not go elsewhere in the forum.
I go and check out the cinq guys, Uno guys and sometimes the Punto guys coz im interested and there is a link with the engines...like i say i go looking...but to be honest im not too interested in much else..My regular viewing is on here...Hey im just talking about me....but hey again its good to talk and a bit of discussion before changing things on the classic Panda section is good....
The Fiat Forum is great and listening to each other will always be a good way forward....

:yeahthat:I totally agree, I have never had reason to venture into other sections of the forum myself (except the Panda (New) section!)
People do tend to stick to their own sections. People are happy with the way it is, so why change it?
Have to agree that we're definitely an odd bunch!
people are complaining all the time actually. fiat forum has rules. panda section is not exempt from them rules.
a lot of panda owners want to only see stuff about pandas, they dont want to read through pages of crap to find an ebay bargain, this thread was supposed to make stuff easier to find on ebay, and warn others of dodgy pana sellers but because of all this spam crap it dont work no more

Could each section have their own eBay thread?? Maybe a link on home page saying "eBay classifieds" or something with a link to each model's own eBay thread. This would satisfy the people complaining and also those who use this thread every day?

each section has a colum down the side.
the half a dozen people who keep spamming this section have got to stop messing it up for the dozens who want it back to what its ment for

Auction Watch is now categorised - add an eBay thread there, prefix it as Panda, and lo and behold, it appears on the right hand column within the Panda section.
ffs so now you are going to spam the section up with thanks instead of using the thanks button :bang:
