Yep, fella has emailed me his number, so dad will be taking it from there. Got the new plates on it, and towbar removed.

You might be having it only around the corner from you Martin! It's a person from Ipswich (according to the address eBay has sent me) :p

Will keep all updated about the Sisley viewing (and hopeful purchase) (y)
 
there's a very tired looking panda for sale at a garage on the north circular junction with village way, easy to spot, on the north bound side, next to a shell station.

i can't even remember the colour, to be honest, as i sped past, but the price was £750, if anyone really wants to know, i go past every day, can drop in and see what's what

some bloke emailed me, i said he can have it for listing price - what ebay would have charged if he promises to look after him, if he don't promise i will have to put him down :( mrs dave already thinks garden is going to be back to a garden soon

Well its a sad time. As we speak the 1000CL is being loaded onto a trailer Ipswich bound! Dad's at home sorting the sale out and it turns out that the bloke has 4 other Panda's and has never heard of the forum! So dad's directing him here, so we might end up with another east anglian Panda nut, and a new member. :p

Went and viewed the Sisley today and am hopful that I'll win the auction. The owner has had it for over 10 years! Lots of things he's told me about it, and I was there for a good 2 hours chatting to him. He's been given strict instructions not to sell outside of ebay by his daughter who is selling it for him, as she dosen't want her feedback mucked up, but I've emailed her asking if it's ok to end early as the chap seemed really happy for me to have added it to my collection!
