Congratulation....it is nice model

It was £80 start, so I negotiated a buy it now price and the seller updated the listing.

The spec is great, I have always fancied roof bars and the side trim. I always said the COLOUR was the model I really wanted but I am more than happy with this late CLX with loads of extra Panda goodies!

Hope it looks as nice as the pictures. I couldn't risk waiting to view, by then the auction would have started and I would have been bidding with everybody else. Sounds genuine enough.

Apart from the tailgate and the MOT failures - most of which seem pretty minor - the selecta looks nice. He's asking way too much though.

section 75 of the road traffic act 1988 {as amended by sections 16, 83 and schedule 3 of road traffic act 1991)
1. subject to provisions of this section no person shall supply a motor vehicle or trailer in an unroadworthy condition.
2. in this section refrences to supply include-
(a) sell
(b) offer to sell or supply and
(c) expose for sale



So if it has no evedince of road worthyness ie an mot, they cant sell it as a car only as spares
