hi everyone,

just joined forum as bought wife another panda 2011 dynamic ex demo great value car had previous panda 1.1 active 4 years no probs at all is there much difference in engine mpg etc could anybody tell me

What engine is in the Dynamic, is it the 1.2 petrol or the 1.3 diesel?

From what I've seen (and it seems counter-intuitive I know) the 1.2's seem to be more economical than the 1.1's, though a lot of that could be down to driving style and the type of driving being done (town, country, motorway, etc). Get onto Fuelly and keep a track on it

I believe driven economically, the 1.1 will return superior economy.. In the real world, though, the lack of a tachometer combined with such a willingness to rev often encourages a heavy foot - makes my foot heavy anyway

but hey, a petrol that returns 45 mpg without effort, even topping out in 3rd on occasion, who can complain?
