I too am bored by yet another relisting with same photo's etc.
I retracted my bids on this the first time it was on and the price dropped much lower than my bids, felt unsure about rebidding then as although loved the exterior would have had to change that interior

Went for £550, not a bad price really. Still think there might be something dodgy about it, keeps getting re-listed.
I called him today out of interest, from the ad that stands on gumtree, and it is still for sale lol
