Hi guys 'n' gals
I'm looking for mainly 2 things at the moment:
The steering wheel emblem/badge (I presume it says Fiat..
And the rear boot lid cloth panel, hopefully blue to match the rest of the other panels.
See photos.
Anyone out there have them?
Thanks! ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1403602188.442362.jpgImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1403602203.280346.jpg

Very few Pandas came with a panel here, I'm afraid -- and, at best, it was basically a piece of hardboard, not matching the rest of the trim. :(

These do occasionally come up on eBay.it -- but someone on here did provide a template, a while back, for making your own. (I can't imagine that it's difficult to do if you can wield a jigsaw...!) Can't remember who it was, though....

From what I have heard is they were only ever on very late models. Not common at-all despite it appearing there is holes etc for one :\

Hi homeward
Thanks...I didn't know that. My ex Italian girlfriend had a Panda that DID have a colour coordinated back panel on it (as far as I can remember!) but hard board could be a solution..then could spray it light blue, should be quite easy (he says, knowing it won't ...)
Of course I'm talking about an Italian car..in Italy ..a long time ago..it was a 4x4.

Our '87 4x4 has one (not colour coordinated mind you). I would guess that all Specials have them...?

As for the horn badge, that makes me realise that I have never seen those for sale anywhere!

:yeahthat: The 4x4 ones are only hardboard sprayed satin black so easy to make. I will be making one for Panto soon, I will cover how to do it on his thread if you want to copy.

I've been meaning to make a job lot for years, would sell well on ebay as a kit IMO.

Yep the Sisley has a cardboard one, and the Super a padded leather one from memory (clearly not leather!!).

Jasper the mk1 has a hardboard one, and Casper has a padded vinyl one (no idea why they are different for the same model & age). No idea about Charlie the VIP but I guess it's there and probably diamond encrusted..... (y)

It was designed to.....I can tell your gonna miss me...:D

P.S... We are starting tomorrow.... PP.S...I'm not off topic as this should be in the wanted ads anyway..:p

good luck with the coming trip man, hope you both enjoy every mile of it :)
got to admit, i'd like to do it myself one day too.
Safe Travels!
