Panda electrical problem

Hi i am a first timer.
So not too sure what to do.As i turn the ignition key the dash board goes black and the clock goes back to zero.I have put the battery on an optimate charger and it went green in 15 minutes.The car has never not started or even struggled,has any body had anything like this or could anyone help.

Hi and welcome,
it certainly sounds like either the battery or a bad connection,

try posting in the Panda section to see if anybodys come across similar with their panda,

I'd be tempted to borrow a different battery if I could , and see what happens,

OK--Thanks.I did push all the conections around the battery area and two did move a little.
The Panda did not play up today (sunday)so may be may me ok but i dout it.
