There is an adjuster inside the brake servo. Juppy's always suffered from a poor brake pedal and I only discovered this today.
I've added a few photo's and a few lines on how to do it over on Juppy's thread on my site.
It makes a big difference.

Just to help this thread, Ill put some tehnical pic taken from Zastava Yugo, but think it`s the same servo.....
Took a look onto tolerances shown at the bottom of the pic due to proper pedal adjusting.
After adjusting - some sealing- paste should be used onto this screw just to fix his position.
Cheers

****A word of warning***.
Don't adjust the screw to much and when you do have a couple of dry runs to get the brakes warm and to check they are ok. Juppy just locked his brakes on solid once they had warmed up and even in 4wd he wouldn't move.

I had to release them by going through the process on my site and screwing the nut in a bit more. All's fine now though.

So have you had to put them back to how they were before?

 Ok. I only hade to adjust the screw off about 2 turns and it released the brake. The pedal still has proper feel to it, so alls fine.

You just need to play about with it to get it right. I would reccommend though that you do it with the brake warm. It looks to me as though it gives a better indication of were to adjust the screw to.
