Off Topic Panda bonnet vent?

Hi folks,

I've got an odd request.

Does anyone have a knackered bonnet that they'd be prepared to cut up? My friend Andy has built a really epic 1954 Standard 8; after eyeballing my Panda at work, he mentioned he'd like to graft the bonnet vent onto the 8. I'm a bit reluctant to donate mine, so I was wondering if any of you good people have one that could be extracted?

I've seen this car in a magazine before but can't remember which one! It's a very cool car! Pinto engined am I right? I've a spare (I think there plastic) vent if you would like to buy it.

I used to have that one on my parade, its a really good one, stops leaves etc really well

Need a green one at some point for my Sisley (the part numbers for the different coloured ones are on my one which is broken) will need to look into it at some point, but need to get a replacement bonnet first

Yeah, it's Pinto'd. It looks cool in photos, but the attention to detail in the metal is amazing

Thanks for the offers, folks. It's actually the metal grille in the bonnet, rather than the plastic scoop. Somewhat tempted to put the scoop on mine, though.
