General panda 999cc and 1242 head??

is the bolt holes the same for the 999cc and the 1242cc heads?
can they effectively be swapped? as i have a 999cc head which i want to majorly port out for a boosted head and want to know the differences between the two

It will fit. You need the head gasket of the block you are using.

i take it the compression ratio's will change slightly?
valves will be slightly undersize compared to a standard 1242 head?
building a boosted head and have a old one lying around to prototype the SC to is the water pump on the fire's a good area to take drive from for the SC

Don not use the water pump drive to drive the SC. It will prematurely wear out the belt and most likely the bolts will not be up to the extra load.
