Gracias.

The differential oil came out black and smelled strong, but there were no metal particles. It's not making any noise, but the viscous coupling is damaged. I don't know... can anyone give me any information to tell me if it's damaged?

Probably is. The handbook is clear on the towing process. ANY towing revovery place should know this. I would get a proper check and put the recovery mob on notice regarding repiar of damage both now and in future. An engineers report would be worth having. However you may be lucky. I hope so.

There is no viscous coupling on a Panda 4x4 after 2010 (the last of the old 169 model and all the 312/319 versions) from 2012 onwards)... the latter cars use a solenoid operated hydraulic valve to engage 4 wheel drive. (And, revising my earlier answer, should not suffer as much, if any, damage through incorrect towing, so long as it wasn't too far or too fast)
