Hi I bought a panda my first and it doesn’t seem to sit level I got the tape out and there is a 65mm of a difference long story short what is the correct length of spring for my panda it is a 2013 312 4x4 twin air
Just to let you no bought the 410mm for the fro t of my panda as you surgested fitted prefect many thanks for your helpMethinks the fronts should be around 410mm (uncompressed) and have around five and a half coils.
Rears are something like 340mm with around six and a half coils.
Looks like you might have broken a spring.

Hi , I am interested in the topic, do you know if there is a difference in length in the shock absorbers as well between for exaple a 1,3 diesel normal and a 1.3 diesel 4x4?Methinks the fronts should be around 410mm (uncompressed) and have around five and a half coils.

Hi I bought mine off AUTODOC the fronts are 410 mm just be careful when buying there are a lot of different sizes and they all fit you are ok with the shocks a local motor factors supplied mineHello there, I have the same issue but with a fiat panda 4x4 2014 1.3 75hp diesel. please follow this link to see the picture (does it look like similar to your issue? ) I was wondering which brand did you buy and where did you buy it?
I am just getting crazy to understand the color codes ( fiat said that the oem number for the front coil springs is 51939621 for my model but the mdels I can see in the aftermaket internet sites (with oem specifications) are marked as x2 white and x2 yellow dots like l exatley like the springs I have mounted in my car which is very low in the front compared with the back.
I just someone said that patrol engines coil springs are weaker than a coil spirngs for a diesel becuase the diesel is heavier.
to be honest It is a bit confusing, even the original mopar internet site (for original spare parts) is confusing.
When I bought mine I just went by length I never worried about the different colour spots or make and they fitted spot onHi , I am interested in the topic, do you know if there is a difference in length in the shock absorbers as well between for exaple a 1,3 diesel normal and a 1.3 diesel 4x4?
Ok,When I bought mine I just went by length I never worried about the different colour spots or make and they fitted spot on
thank you for everything,When I bought mine I just went by length I never worried about the different colour spots or make and they fitted spot on
I fitted them a year ago and all good so far front shocks were from monroeOk,
that is what I heard from reddit :

This is all I've found in elearn:
If the springs are being replaced, ensure that the colour of the paint marks on the outside of the central coils matches.
Versions with mechanical steering have brown paint marks.
Versions with electric steering with a heating system and petrol engines have white paint marks.
Versions with electric steering with air conditioning and petrol engines have blue paint marks.
Versions with JTD engines have pink paint marks.
So this looks like you have petrol version springs and would explain your issue as Diesel engines are heavier.

So when I look for the oem number that fiat gave me , which is 51939621, the oem aftermarket specs states x2 white x2 yellow ..... and they say it is compatible in my car that is diesel 4x4 ...... very confusing.
Anyway, I can see that the length for the 312pxl1a model which is like my model but with 4 seat instead of 5, are beetwen 396 and 400. mm
another thing I am worries about is the "non oem parts" lots of peole said that are less quality.
The problem is any size of spring will fit the panda for the 4x4 you need the longest which is 410 mm auto doc was the only place I could get them other than the main dealerI fitted them a year ago and all good so far front shocks were from monroe
I bought my front shocks from my local motor factors I think the shocks suit boththank you for everything,
Just a quick question, do you know if there is a different length betwen normal panda and 4x4 panda shock absorber?
Not sure that's correct:I bought my front shocks from my local motor factors I think the shocks suit both
Ok I went in and gave him my reg he gave me a set of shocks monroe so I shouldn’t say that the shocks fit both iam only guessing the motor factors couldn’t supply me any springsNot sure that's correct:
