Panda 100Hp NON MP3 Head Unit

Hi Guys, just bought a 100Hp and it has the NON MP3 head unit. Now I prefer OEM but IF I change the standard stereo for and aftermarket item, will I loose the cars Bluetooth phone handling, or is that remote from the stereo??
