We have a lot of roti sellers here, but it's usually with Banana and Chocolate, covered in condensed milk.
I haven't had a proper crepe style pancake for ... wow ... I can't even remember.
Closest thing (apart from the roti) are the McDonalds Pancake Breakfasts I get every time I'm back in Taiwan
But to stay on topic - if I had know about it (grrr) - it would have to be lemon and sugar

I had some for lunch and will have some tonight, went for the butter lemon and sugar approach. They were crappy shop bought microwave ones but hopefully be making some proper ones tonight
