You can buy a 400ml aerosol or a tin of paint to use in a spray-gun here. Just choose your year, 'Fiat', 'White' and '249'.

Fiat don't seem to list 249F as a separate colour to 249. What's the significance of the 'F', I wonder?

Paints4u are very helpful, so you could call them for some advice. That said, there is also this on eBay if you're after an aerosol, or this if you want 2k (paint + activator) - both advertised as '249F'.
