Right, a little odd
But im after a paint that you can when there is poor light/little light clearly
Something like a fluorescent paint

But also still visible during the day

Also - does anybody know if you can spray onto polished aluminmum?
Or will i require to rough - prime - colour?

To paint onto Aluminium you need to sand to bare metal and use an etch primer. Wear a mask when spraying as it's nasty stuff to breathe in. Be careful not to sand through the primer or the topcoat will lift. You can get it in an aerosol can for doing small areas.

Yowzers etch primer isn't cheap

The reason why im asking - is i've found some polished rims for my dash around speedo and rev counter
Since i dont have clear 30 50 70 markers - i was gonna paint the rim at those points

mind you £40 in total or £60 and 3 points / £240 driver ed course

What's wrong with a black sharpie you'll see the shadow of it in the dash lights at night as it will be against a reflective surface and saves covering your dash in paint, will keep everything looking clean and tidy.....

Now where did you find these chrome rings?
