Paint Touch-up in Awkward Places

right got a sei sporting in grigio steel and its obviously picked up a few scratches here and there, but the previuos owner has used possibly a touch up pen or just some random silver paint to touch up the paint, and nowhwere near does it match - now the problem is its in some right old awkward place to get too. Ie near the rear side window rubber - and its not a like a dot or anything she has done swirls and squiggly lines. i appreciate i have no pix - will get some 2moro, just wanted to now, if i could rub them down, mask off an area and spray or would the whole rear wing have to be done, or what lol - scratches dont look too deep, but enough. obviously the touch up paint would have to be removed initially, but what are the options lol it seems not enough to warrent a full respray but can see how i can blend the colour through enough to get a colour match? thanks.
