just got one of these today http://www.dulux.co.uk/products/paintpod/index.jsp to paint our walls..

right i just set it up, but it doesn't seem to be working.. when i turned it on the pump was not sucking up the paint through the pipe...

i set it up right according to the manual.. but the paint seems to be stuck in the pipe and not travelling upto the brush..

does anyone have one of these that can help...

hmmmmm, think these came in after i stopped working at a certain DIY store.

i take it you're using the correct paint, likely to be thinner etc. powered/batterys ok?

is it stuck in the connecting pipe bit or the pipe taking it from the pot?

yeah it's got the correct paint and it works on a mains adaptor..

when i turned the paint machine on, i can hear the pump trying to suck the pain up, but i dont go up the pipe...

i have looked at the pipe and there is no blockages.. i looks like it is stuck in the pipe inside the paint tub...

Try this http://www.dulux.co.uk/products/paintpod/support/tsv_insufficient_flow.jsp

Also check the battery in the roller handle (correctly fitted/or flat)

Too much faffin' about just to do some painting. Could have done it with a roller and tray by now :p

i said that about after a hour of swearing trying to get this thing sorted..

i have already checked that help/facts and i doesn't help much.. i might give the battery a try in the roller handle. if not then i will see if i can get a refund on it.. lol :)
