My mother's Grande Punto 2007 1.3 75bhp glow plugs warning flashing on the cluster, it becomes hard to start in the cold morning. I did replacement four new NGK plugs and try to start and is the same issue as before to turn over when is cold. The yellow coil icon is still flashing till 30 second, then go out.

The code is P0380 = Glow Plug/Heater Circuit "A" Malfunction, I don't understand what this is means? As I have installed four new plugs, what is else could be faulty to look out?

That is a petrol engine, not diesel, correct?
The error message you get is about the O2 sensor, it's heater is not functioning anymore so without a working heater, as long as it is cold, the O2 sensor doesn't work either. The O2 sensor work after it gets hot from the engine, but you have to replace it to fix the problem.

No, this is a Diesel 1.3 Multijet. I google it as I have no answer from Fiat Forum it said need to check the relay, fuses. All fuse is OK, but where is the relay for the glow plug? I can not find anywhere in engine bay!

Not sure where it is in the GP, but this is what it looks like (item 5). Looks like it's under a plastic cover near the battery.
