P0405 normally relates to EGR (exhaust gas recycling) valve. Don't know whether you have one of those on a 1.6 Doblo. More importantly, it's on the same 5v circuit as the MAP sensor and is signalling an unacceptably low voltage (less than 0.14v) which means a short in the MAP or EGR circuit or internally in your MAP sensor. I'd check out the MAP sensor/ EGR circuit voltages when it's playing up, easier if you can do monitored test drives
Could this be related to exhaust valves not holding properly plus hydraulic tappets rattling a bit ? I mean they rattle like hell when started in the morning then its more silent.
Shouldn't think so and at that mileage the cam buckets are going to be well worn so they take longer to fill with oil on first start. New oil can help
