I’ve had the engine management light come on on my X250 had other error codes which I’ve managed to clear by replacing the EGR valve and the map sensor.
The van drives around fine but as soon as I hit 60 mph the engine management light will come on and give me the P0101 Mass or volume airflow problem.
Wiring voltage to Mass sensor has been tested and is fine.
Unit has been replaced and new air filter fitted just to be on the safe side.

Hoping someone can shine a light on this as I cannot seem to find any other problems.

Hi

Just to be 100% sure, can you measure the supply voltage to the MAF sensor whilst it is plugged in and running, e.g. by using a fine probe into the back of the connector ?

The MAF is driven by Fuse F35 (X250) or Fuse F51 (X290), which also drive a number of other components including the reversing lights. If the voltage is too low due to a bad connection it could cause the MAF to give a lower than normal airflow signal to the ECU.

There are plenty of other possibilities, but the above is easily checked.
