I am so frustrated. Just purchased a brand-new Ducato but they no longer give you an Owners Manual, you have to download it. Of course the link supplied doesn't work!

Has anyone got a direct link to downoad the latest Ducato model owners manual please?

That is annoying, perhaps contact supplying dealer and express your dissatisfaction and invite them to print a copy for you.

Contact your dealer. You spent a lot of money with the dealer they should help you.

Unfortunately it was a Motorhome dealer who don't know anything about the base vehicle.

I hope you are joking ?
Disingenuous of dealer to claim no knowledge of base vehicle.
If not , you have spent many 10s of thousands of pounds with a moho dealer who cannot be bothered to help you now they have your money.
Please contact Fiat customer services or a decent dealer for help and ask about extended warranty options. Sometimes moho base gets good deal.

Enter month and year of manufacture (can be very approximative) and click the button under the blue arrow? Works for me.

UPDATE: I've managed it! I clicked and held on the download link. This brings up the pdf file link. I then moved this file to the Google search bar and it downloaded!

Not working for me either , asking for log in

Sometimes the direct links to Fiat Elum only work the first time you visit them. Afterwards this happens. The cure is to go back in through a Google search for Fiat Elum as _that_ link must set the right cookies or something.
