OT Looking for a song title

Can anyone help? Heard a song on, the radio.
It was featured in a tyre advert about 10 years ago, featuring a bald man, and ball bearings. meaning that even with slippery surfaces, their tyres still held the road.
I think the style of music was grunge. Which put it about the early to mid 90's.
