OT- exam in 6hrs and i can't sleep!

pointless post.. but wot do u lot do to sleep when u can't...

Im sor worried about this exam i just can't turn off.... i really need to sleep.. it's a 4hr Geography exam in 6hrs time.. and i just can't sleep!!!


gonna try wot my dad told me.... "try laying down with ur eyes closed!"

but i've been doign that for 4hrs.. and i can't fall asleep!!!!

Cos there's too many exams to fit in the exam period if they dont do some on a saturday... Silly really.

He forgot it was an afternoon exam not a morning one, good job I was awake enough to check this morning

I've been having those panic attacks and sleepless nights all this week, no cure, just do your best for the exams and it will be over soon. I make a point of switching off studying and watching tv for an hour before going to bed.

well i managed to get about 3hrs sleep... after kate told me ur exam isn't untill 1:30... dunno if it was cos i was more relaxed or just exausted!!

anyways... feel far better for the few hours sleep... just 1 more exam on monday and its all over!!!
