Try contacting Autocad. They will give you one in exchange for some money :)

"AutoCAD® 2008, scheduled for a March 2007 release, is compatible with the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows Vista™ Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, Business and Enterprise. AutoCAD LT® 2008, also scheduled for release in March, is compatible with the 32-bit versions of Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, Business and Enterprise.

There will be an AutoCAD 2007 and AutoCAD LT 2007 update released shortly that adds support for Windows Vista 32-bit versions.

Visit www.autodesk.com/support for updates on Windows Vista support."

lol how much is it to buy?

i need a program to design dtuff like inlet manifold etc, somethng that can work out volume and airflow ?

A single user licence of AutoCad 2007 will set you back anything from £500 - £800 if you're upgrading and more if it's an initial purchase.

Try Google SketchUp ;)

Autocad won't do airflow, you will need a CFD package for that and expect to pay £10k+.

bloody hell lol is there no way of getting a cheap copy?

I'll do you a deal for £9,995.99 ;) ;)

Time to sell your house if you want to buy stuff like that.

And it wouldn't help you.

they sell online time so when you design something you can test its airflow,

who would be the best for stuff like inlet manifolds etc.

found a throttle body that will fit hgt tom but im not sure that the power increase will be a match for the price lol if any at all

That software won't tell you if you will get a power increase.

Big manifolds, big throttle bodies etc.. won't automatically give more power. (it usually gives less)

i know mate ive bin talking to a guy on the web from america and he was telling me about this conversion he was doing and how when he designed his inlet he had to have it flow tested so he could get an even airflow through each port and so he could work out how big the plemum had to be to give maximum flow.

he also told me that the car he was building had no problem producing power that it was torque that was the problem and that how he got over it was he made the tubes wider at the top wich improved torque throughout the rev range

Having a manifold flow tested is not the same thing, thats done on a flow bench.
