Go to the gym twice a week, also train at home in between. I dont do cardio vascular stuff, just weights.Alternate between back and chest. Those shakes certainly bind you up, like giving birth!!! Creatine if taken in large amounts can mess with your kidneys, i only took that if i trained in the mornings as it gave you a extra bit of umpf!!!
Also benefits of going to gym........... excellent stress relief, and you look and feel great. My father has been going for decades now and is 52, he looks younger than me and is built like a brick **** house.
