OT - Anti Spam Software

What would people recommend?

I have numerous email accounts and the spam is getting just silly now.

I don't mind paying (not much mind you) but anything like an outlook plug in would be nice. Or anything that works would be good

Recommendations most welcome!

Outlook 2003 has a very good built in filter.

Failing that, try Lockspam.

Mailwasher is the mutts nuts. I think it does multiple accounts as well but only in the registered version
