General optimum temp on mk1 punto sx

hello what would you say the optimum temp is on the punto mk1 the fan kicking in just to say touching the line of half way i am worried its abit to high

my mk2 punto is the same

Half way up the gauge is perfectly normal

Its when it goes past half way without the fan kicking you need to worry

cheers mate it doesnt even reach the half way mark properly it just the say touching the thick line of the half way mark before the fan kicks in

Sounds good

What you have to remember, it probably is sat at half way, but your height and your seat setup can make a difference

i've had my seat so mine looks like its just over the thick middle line, again that fine
If the fan aint cooling it down - time to worry
If the fan is constantly working soon as you start - a little worry

if it just overheat = Cry a little more

lmao it has oveerheated on me before belching white smoke coming out front end whilst i was waiting for the girlfriend and also waiting in the petrol station was so embarressing but i have a new rad and thermo £58 later boo hoo
