I bought some books from auction and this document was in the bottom of the box. Can anyone identify the writing ? It's not Latin or Greek and the document looks to date from the early to mid 1700s.

1700's on printed lined paper?
Id say late 1800's to early 1900's. Although a mechanical rule was used to line paper in 1736 it wasn't put to print till 1820 and this was blue lined. Id say you've got some dialect Italian/Spanish/Portuguese

It's not on printed lined paper. It's vellum.

My mistake... I only have a phone to view the images on but it has been ruled or lined in the actual text segments.
Id still suggest a Latin based language as there are multiple D' this and A' that's...
Saying that some script looks Russian due to the underscoring and lower text characters.

It was lined by hand not by machine.
