Evening all. So while I was dealing with the electrical fault on my X250 I decided to change the glow plugs since they have never been changed while I’ve had the van. Fortunately they all came out easily, the three counting from the left as you can see in one picture had deposits and a slight amount of oil on them but the fourth one on the far right was covered with wet oil.
Is this a gasket issue or because the van has sat still for many weeks while I’ve been waiting on parts?

Also looking some recommendations to clean out the ports underneath them.
Thanks all [emoji106]
