quorn veggie kebabs
my nans a veggie so usually make the following to keep her happy
Garlic mushrooms
couscous can put loads of cheeses, veg, spices in
if not vegan, quiche, fish?
gingered pears with rasberry coulis
char grilled balsamic tomatoes
roasted butternut squash with honey
garlic bread
roasted peppers are yummy too
ill add other things when i think of them

i would just ask my veggie mates what they preffer tbh or tell them to bring their own food
or tell them to bring their own food
just tell lies and say its all vegi to get some meat in them, they could do with the iron.

I have heard of vegetarians that eat fish, chicken, turkey, goose and everything else going....Good luck with the barbie!
