Bloody suicidal beasts have done it again. Badger, son of Badger, ambled out of the bushes 10 metres in front of me in a 50mph limit near Deal, not giving me a hope of stopping. I slid off the seat, I braked so hard! Probably welted the poor sole at about 20mph. But bugger me if he didn't up and carry on as if nothing happened!
Myrtle emerged bruised but mobile. Well damage is not so bad this time, looks like just a big split in the bumper. However, a couple of the little upright fins between the bumper crossmembers are smashed and missing so it's a new bumper methinks.
Will pay cash for this one as I don't want another insurance claim. Will keep you informed of costs in case you should do the same thing.
