In what way "cancel it out" ?

The EOYLS system ?, that's coded into the ECU

Just that plastic piece, i believe its for filling but that can be done down the pipes

As far as I see it, one of the pipes is a breather (c) and the other is the "customer services" filling (12)

That's all assuming that diagram is the same layout as yours, but it does look just like it

Well I know that, it was the dangling part I was meaning that looks the same , what shall we call it the filling device, the .... the ..... pipe end
