o/t time for another project

Just seen this for sale. The owner has now come down to £800 ono, you are looking at an older advert. Now I had one of these and they are great fun and I reckon it could be a plaything during summer and then as the weather cools down, do it all up again and maybe sell it on next year with a little profit, they are very easy to work on, and as you can see there is no interior at all, just needs a new dashboard making up.........Only problem is, how to get it from way up north with no tax, no mot and registered as sorn? Can it be legally towed?
